Conditions:
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 14 - 60 days before date of arrival, – guest forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation +60 days before date of arrival – guest will be refunded the full deposit
Cancellation 0-14 days before date of arrival or no-show – guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation
A 5% admin-fee will always be charged.
However, should Acra Retreat still be able to get a reservation for the canceled room(s), we will refund the cancellation fee !!
